ABOUT STATION ELECTRIC, A UNION ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE CONTRACTOR

Station Electric provides a full scope of construction and maintenance services for substation systems. In addition to construction and maintenance, we offer complete turnkey services, including project management, material procurement and management, quality assurance and control, certified bus welders, testing and commissioning, and project closeout. We specialize in primary electrical, secondary electrical, and civil construction focused on utility electrical infrastructure systems.

Who are we? We are our Roots.

Station Electric, based in Irvine, California, was founded in 2010 by Art Wolf. The company specializes in substation construction, including the installation of circuit breakers, transformers, capacitor racks, steel frames, structures, switchgear, and high-voltage bus cables. Services include primary electrical, secondary electrical, and civil construction.

In January 2023, Station Electric was acquired by KVP Holdings. The company continues to operate as a subsidiary, providing essential construction services for electrical substations as a union construction contractor in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
